Product Images Issue - Virtuemart 4.15

In the new version of VM I do not seem to be able to drag and drop image viewing postiion in admin panel  , Image wont save into new position . so if I want the 4th image in my row of images to actually become the first image seen, I would just drag the 4th image into the 1st postion and save . Is this a bug ?

I don't find in download section
