AJAX related products module? (+ custom features)

Hello,

I am looking for a module for the product page, which fetches related products asynchronously (AJAX).
Is there a ready solution?

Also, I am looking for custom work, to create such a module with a few additional features specific to my needs.
e.g.
- Automatically find related products based on certain custom fields matching.
- Include/exclude categories.
and more...

If anyone is interested I can give more information. Thanks!
