Delivery note in Order List (Orders) of Virtuemart

Hello,

My Boss wants to print a label for each order containing the receiver and sender addresses and some other information.
He wants to connect the system to a label printer just for printing these labels for each one of the orders.

I think that is the Delivery note in the Order List (Orders) of Virtuemart.
Is it true?

When I click on its icon, opens a pdf file with many question markers (?)!
Some of the order information isn't English language.
How can I solve it?


Can I customize the display of this file? Which .php file does show this file?


I am a beginner.

Joomla version = 3
Virtuemart version = 3
