has anyone ever managed to install paypal checkout?

Hello,
I have a site on which we would like to install paypal express checkout.
it doesn't work, even in sandbox.
it loops and returns to the page.
Could someone who has managed to configure it help me?

Which PP Express plugin? The one in the standard VirtueMart installation or the SSC plugin? ( https://plugins.online-store.co.uk/paypal_express_checkout/instructions.html )
