Breadcrumbs - Strange issues in categories

Joomla 3.10.2

This is a Breadcrumbs/Category problem. The first item every category list works perfectly but all the rest dont. If i change the order around it is still the first item that works.

First item in category shows the category in the breadcrumbs (screenshot 1)

Second and all other items dont show the category in the breadcrumbs (screenshot 2)



Here is a category that has the issue: https://www.malbersfabrics.co.uk/haberdashery/boning

I have found one category that this doesnt happen in out of hundreds that all do and this one is: https://www.malbersfabrics.co.uk/haberdashery/curtain-accessories

I have checked all category settings comparing both of these but cannot find any differences.

Has anyone had a similar issue, any ideas at all what might be causing this please?

Think i have sorted a workaround for this if anyone has the same problems one day !
