VirtueMart & Account Expiration Component
« on: January 18, 2006, 10:27:02 am »
Does anyone have any info on the VirtueMart component and if it can be used with the Account Expiration Component?

Has anyone tried to integrate these 2?

accounts dont have much to do with virtumart well actually it does but the accounts are actually controlled by Mambo/joomla so the component should be working fine...

Unless I'm not understanding something clearly, the VM login module must be used for users to log in to the site, otherwise there are multiple log-in issues.

And when using the Account Expiration component, you have to hack the Joomla login module in order to get it to work.

So the account expiration login hack would have to be worked into the VM login module somehow.

And since I'm no PHP coder...
