Virtuemart xml file for other shops - extensions recomendation

Hello!

Can someone please recemond an extenisons, that makes virtumart xml file for other shops

So that i can give xml file to client and he could import products  form the virtuemart xml files, that i have given

The idea is that product wholeseller, wansts to sell their products in other shops, by providing xml file....
