PayPal Express Checkout button on product page

hello guys,

i want to add an PayPal Express Checkout Button to my product pages.

I install Paypal Express 1.3.42 but it seems that there is no button on product page. The payment in checkout process is successfull.
I read the developer is removed these feature because there is no option to add tax and shipping costs.

Is there a solution to insert an paypal express checkout button directly to the product page? I have no tax and an free shipping method on all products.

You have provided no information regarding this  - VM handles PayPal express in its default plugin.
