Is Max sick or no longer available?

. Has Max been doing support lately, updating code?
Does IStraxx support exist for paid extensions?
A customer has been waiting for Istraxx support for 2 weeks now.
Sorry if I pollute the forum but I don't find it professional not to answer for more than 15 days in the tickets or personal message

It seems like VM is abandoned.


I got some response from Max, it's not abandoned. I think he is very busy. Which is unfortunate at this time because I have some issues regarding Virtuemart and it's coupon system.

Yeah idk but he responded to me via skype and told me he is busy with several plugins. That has probably priority before our tickets. Which is a shame but i guess it is how it is.

This is mainly due to the fact that PayPal requires a complete rewrite of the codes for their payment plugins and has imposed a very strict timeframe on Max for completion and bug fixes.
Non-English Shops: Are your language files up to date?
