Unable to exclude shopper groups in coupon creation

Hello!
I've created a coupon with these settings (attachment 1)

It should work like this: every user can use this code for 10€ discount only once.
I want to select "exclude shopper groups" to exclude guests users (i want them to register), but when i click on the input there are no groups to select (attachment 2).
Even if there are 2 default groups (attachment 3).

What am I missing? How can i exclude guests from this coupon?

Probably js error check console for errors.
Disable other extensions.

Hi and thanks for the answer.
No errors in console, other inputs works fine ("allowed shopper", "allowed products", "allowed product categories"), they all show input values.
I have no Virtuemart extensions installed. Only core Joomla and Virtuemart.

As far as I know only those groups that require shoppers to be registered can be excluded. You cannot exclude guest/default shoppers.

I guess requiring shopper registration would be needed for the plan to work.

It will not work as i should add every new registered user in the exact time they register to the website...

Ouch... that's very bad news, i guess i have to use some third party extension like AwoCoupons then...
Anyway i propose to add this as core, as i guess it would be a valuable add.
