TAX 17% always in shippent cost. Why?

Hi

Joomla 3.9.21
VirtueMart 3.8.4 10335
 
I created a standard shipment cost 2€ and no matter what in the cart I always get a modified price 2.35
I have selected Apply no rule.
I want to add only 2€.

Same thing happens with payment method. (If the fee is 1€, in cart 1,17€ is added)

In
Tax & Calculation Rules I have VatTax per Product +24%

Cannot figuere out when this 17% comes from

Same thing happens with protostar template.

Any help?

Check in settings for payment and shippning method what tax is to be appilied.

You mean in the configuration tab of the selected shipping method & payment method?
I have Apply no rule

A had to unisntall and reinstall all VM tables from Tools & Migration, as it was driving me crazy..
The installation was coming from a quick start and even though I had deleted everything, something in the DB was still there, I suppose..
No harm as it was a new store

We see so many issues coming from the use of so called "quick" start packages. Many of them take a "long"time to identify and fix.
