Installation Full installer includes Joomla 3.9.19 with VirtueMart 3.8 installed from file VirtueMart3.8.4_Joomla_3.9.19-Stable-Full_Package.zip not work. Installation of the package stops at the first stage - site configuration. When you click Next, nothing happens.

I just tested that package. There is a fault with the installer, so I suggest you use http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/1261/VirtueMart3.8.2_Joomla_3.9.18-Stable-Full_Package.zip

Once installed you can update Joomla to 3.9.19 and VM to 3.8.4.10335 if you wish. It only takes a few seconds.
