Cannot receive order email, enter product link from order page/browser

Hi,
I just updated VM to the last version VirtueMart 3.8.2 10325, Joomla! 3.9.18

I am facing with two problems:
I made a test order but I didn´t receive the order email (as a vendor). I did receive it as a shopper.

Also (as a customer) in my list of orders > I click on an order > then click on the product and instead of the product page it gets me back to the order list with this message
Order not found! It may have been deleted.

Linking the product throught the email(shopper) works fine.

Hi GJC,

Thank you. Finally I received the email order an hour later. So OK about that.

The product link I am talking about, that is not working is the one shown to the user when he sees his order in the browser, once the order is done.

yes .. so check your "Order tracking mode" in vm config - from memory this controls who can see it

OK Order tracking mode: I have Registered and Guest users.

I am little confused. I suppose this link should take me to the product page which is accessible for everyone. Exactly as it links from the email.

Examine the created html and see what kind of link you get. You have to show some examples. I suspect You have a template issue but without examples hard to know.

Hi,
The link I get clicking the product name from the browser order is
/my-orders/test-product-detail.html

Clicking the product name from the received email the link is
/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_category_id=46&virtuemart_product_id=436&Itemid=436

Shouldn´t be the sef URL????

OK, I supposed it should redirecting me somehow..

Anyway, what keeps giving me a problem is
