Bill to and Ship to

Is there a way to remove the 2 box on the cart page about BILL TO and SHIP TO and add the SHIP TO to the bill to form page ? like SHIP TO with check box to ship to same address as billing and if uncheck they fill ship to form ...

I have found how to remevoe the 2 box from the cart , the only thing left is

How to add the radio box ship to  to the address form ,

If checked same address as billing and if not the form ship to need to be filled ....

The reason for this is very simple, with all the new people buying online and not familiar with it , they get all confused , would be really easier if on the cart page they choose only shipping and payment and on second page their billing and shipping address,

Unfortunately, this is not programmed.
Joomla and VM first need to authenticate the user or register him.

When VirtueMart is programmed as Amazon Shop == I will first select shipping and then enter the data - please let me know, it will be interesting for our clients.

I think, you want tha same as this:

1. First select shipping (with wrong price, because shop don't know, if I want ship to Czech Rapublic from USA)
2. Second select payment

and after this fill registration or login.

I think, in this time is not possible in VM.
