out of stock notification email template

I was wondering where to find the template of the email sent in case of product available after restocking. Currently, he looks like anything.

I think the template is inside some function in core VM.

For better email template You can use VirtueMart Mailing Manager with a lot of templates, triggers and new function - waiting list and notify.
