Hi

I attached a picture,

I am really struggling to work out which php file to edit or how to remove Address Nickname from showing up on the order confirmation email customers receive after placing and paying for an order on the site

I tried unpublishing the Address Nickname shopper field to no avail and then deleted it and after clearing cache etc I still cannot find out where I can remove it from. I have also tried to override language file with a blank string of text but Address Nickname seems to return many results so maybe I haven't done an override but would be good to fix the root cause if possible

I am using VirtueMart 3.6.3 10179 on a Joomla 3.9.12 site

Thanks in advance, would be great to get a better understanding of where the confirmation email\invoice pulls the field from etc

Hello
If you delete the field it should not show. But if you have in an old order i think the order data will store the nickname.
Have you looked into the template files ? Invoice.php and it siblings?
Use normal Joomla template overrides method to customize them.
