Looking for Installment Payment solutions compatible with Virtuemart

Hello! I have searched high and low and can't seem to find an installment payment system for Virtuemart. Take a look at this link

None of those companies are compatible with Virtuemart. Why is Virtuemart so outdated these days? I can't seem to find a handful of credible developers to manage it. Looking to hire a dev to add this to my Joomla virtuemart website.

The PayPal plugin included with the current VirtueMart version 3.6.8.10197 supports PayPal credit (if it is available in your country).
