Order modified_on = created_on, even if it was updated

Hello,

I noticed that order modified_on date is the same as created_on date (as it is displayed in the frontend, in My Orders), even if its status was modified meanwhile (even several times).

(VM 3.6.3 10179, Joomla! 3.9.12 on PHP 7.3.9)

When an order is updated - the last updated date is correct

That is because order date is displayed and order date does not change.
