I'm using the latest VirtueMart 3.6.2 10159 with J3.9.12. However, I'm experiencing a strange bug.

I've set up some custom customer fields. These field are nicely shown in the frontend during (guest) check-out. However, the content entered into these fields are not saved by VM. In the order detail page the provided info is gone / empty.

I know this was a 3.6.0 bug, but somehow it is still in there. Could anyone help me resolve this?

It is a strange problem. Let me explain.

The issue is that Billing Address is not getting updated during checkout for previously registered users. It always works fine for Super Users but not for normal registered users. No, it is not a problem only with custom shopper fields. It is problem with full billing address.

The issue has been reported by several of my clients after updating to VirtueMart 3.6.0 and later. But it does not occur in every sites. Even I have not able to reproduce the issue in my development server till now.

Is there any update on this issue? Will it be resolved in the next release? :-)

Customs are saved just fine for me (VM3.6.3). Do you use a third party one-page checkout? If so check with the extension developer.

It also happens with standard VirtueMart checkout system.
