After the Virtuemart upgrade to the VirtueMart 3.6.0 10113 version, e-mail notifications do not come. What could be the reason?

Problem solved. You have to go to Configuration -> Orders - Order status at which email is sent to the customer ->
Order status at which the email is sent to the seller

Select All and Save
