No front page option in menu
« on: April 25, 2019, 15:39:41 pm »
Hi, I'm new here and new on VM3,

I'm working on my new shop and have a problem. I can't choose front page under Virtuemart in the menu.
Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

My website in progress: www.ateliernegen.nl/testwebsite
under the button shoppen; I see my products, but no categories....
Can't resolve the 'menu-problem' on my own.

Hope someone can help me out.

Thank,
Greetings Miranda

The Joomla menu option for the store home page is usually set to Category Layout. It is then configured as Top Level Category and the display options set on the Category view settings tab (eg there you can set the page to Show categories), and on the subordinate category view tab for lower pages.

Yes; I made it, but not all of it!
I set my website online; www.ateliernegen.nl
In the webshop I see now my menu on the left.
How can I show subcategories in the menu?
Hope you can help me with that.
Thanks in advance

The default VM category menu module only displays a 2 level categories list.  Check the VirtueMart Category module configuration.
