Checkout Page - NO PAYMENT, NO SHIPPING

My client would like their checkout page only to have the following info:
Contact details and product enquiry.

No Shipment and payment options.

Site only to be used for enquiry purposes.

I had it as catalogue option before, but they need to add the product to an enquiry basket, and then send an enquiry to the vendor.

Then set up as a normal store, set a single standard shipping with no charge and a standard payment plugin set for no payment method - ie, free. Hide these in the cart using template overrides and probably change some language strings to suit the process. Use the customer_note shopper field for their enquiry.
