Discount is not showing in total price nor in the invoice, i see it in the cart

Hello,

My discount is not working. I have the latest VM version 3.4.2 and the latest Joomla 3.9.4. When I apply the discount code it's showing in the cart but the subtotal and total are still at the original price. Also the discount is not showing in the invoice. I tried using the default template, but the issue arises there as well.

Is this a known issue?

No I don't think so. I do use Child products, but I don't think that has anything to do with it? I also use Rupostel one page checkout, but disabling that also doesn't fix the issue.
