Item price calculation

Hello all,

I need to calculate item prices by folowing rules of my erp. I would like to be able to call my php script to calculate item prices. Unfortunately can't find where to call it from.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you all.

Recalculate database price ?
Every day ?

I think ideal solution would be to calculate price from database custom table on the fly.
