15% discount over override price

Is it possible to add 15% discount on a categorie.
Prices already use override. And how can this be displayed.
Did try with tax and calculations, but looks like doesn't work on override price?

Override is OVERRIDE can not be overriden !

Take away the overrides and use calculation rules.

And which displays extra discount in cart?
