How to add a file during purchase in shopping cart

Hello,

What is pretended:

- selling a service, not product.
- during purchasing, the costumer need to upload a file. Example: picture.
- the seller/owner-of-website modified this file.Example: change the resolution of the picture
- the seller/owner-of-website "approve" the new file and send the link via e-mail to the costumer. This link should be in purchase history too.

Any suggestion? Is this posible to do with VirtueMart?
