Products displaying from subcategory

Hello.

I would like to have also all products from subcategories on main category page.

Is that something I could setup in configuration, or should I change the code?

Hi there, you can assign multiple categories to a product. So in theory you could assign all the products from the subcategory into the main category as well. That way people can view all the products from subcategories in the main category view, or they can open up a specific subcategory and browse those specific products.

So it would be:

Main category >> BAGS

   Subcategory 1 >> WOMEN BAGS
   Subcategory 2 >> MEN BAGS

Now you assign categories to products like this:

Gucci Spring Season Bag for Women >> BAGS, WOMEN BAGS

I know that way.

But is there any way to do that in configuration for categories and subcategories?
