update from VM 2.6.22 Joomla 2.5.28 to VM 3.2.14 or 3.4.3?

Dear all,

We are going to upgrade old version of Joomla and Virtuemart to the latest.

Now we have: VirtueMart 2.6.22 Joomla! 2.5.28

I read that we first have to upgrade VM 2 to 3 and when that is finished upgrade Joomla from J2 to J3

So a short moment we have upgraded VMto 3 but this  version is still operating on Joomla 2.5

In your download area you have two versions:

3.2.14 (compatible J2.5 and J3.8 )
3.4.3 (compatible J3.8 )

To which version do i need to upgrade first? Do i first need to upgrade to 3.2.14 (compatible J2.5 and J3.8 ), than i upgrade Joomla to J3, and than i upgrade VM from 3.2.14 (compatible J2.5 and J3.8 ) to 3.4.3 (compatible J3.8 )?

Pls advise?

I would go to VM3.2.14 ->J3->VM3.4.3
