Ordered products NOT coming through on email

Good day

I'm working in Joomla 3.8.12 and VM 3.4.0.
I have setup my own email address as the Vendor for testing purposes.

1. I have tested the PHP email and I am receiving the test emails.
2. If I click on ORDERS & SHOPPERS I can see all my entries
3. On configuration>orders>Use the vendor email address is activated PLUS i have added my personal email address at Additional vendor email addresses

Please advise

The Ordered products are NOT coming through on email, but it does show in the ORDERS & SHOPPERS area (see attachment)

Hello,

In virtuemart E-mail setting please check below tabs

1. Default Order Status to send email to vendor    ->select status pending.

Then on pending order mail will work.

afaik ( up to VM3.2.12) Pending never sends an email --  may have changed in 3.4?

It you want to have an email on an unconfirmed order create a custom status, set the payment plugins to that and choose that status in the config email tab

But what have u set anyway on the VM admin config email tab? What status have u chosen to send emails?
