Account Maintenance

Quick question guys - the account maintenance page (the page where you can login, edit adresses and such) - what file controls that? I need to change a thing there - just the order of divs. The submit buttons are to the right and I need it at the bottom and I need to switch those divs.

I found a file that contains the tables but I cant seem to find a file that puts this whole page together :-( Please help
