Paypal Standard Problem Redirect and mails error!

Hi, I am using Joomla! 3.8.8 and VirtueMart 3.2.14

I'm having problems with payment "Paypal Standard".

Once you have submitted the order, Virtuemart redirects correctly to the Paypal site, the payment is successful but the button "Return to Seller's site" on the paypal site redirects to a white page.

The payment is successful, but the seller receives continuous mail errors, saying going to see in the log folder "paypal.2.log.php", inside of it there is this:

I do not understand how to solve the problem, can someone help me?

Has it ever worked ? Have You tried a Sandbox Paypal test first?

If you see a blank page, your paypal settings are certainly bad.
Check the plugin settings and if you have not forced some setting in paypal about return URL.

Hello Jörgen, thanks for your answer

I also tried in that mode but the result is the same.

I'm creating now that site and Virtuamerat / Paypal Standard is the first time I use them.

On the plugin of paypal I can't make any changes.

So I didn't set any redirection.

Should I do it? If yes, where I can find it?

The url that me returns paypal is this:

You don´t make any changes in the plugin. You make it in the payment method. Please check Your settings.

I saw this just now: if I click now on the link that showed me the white page...now correctly shows the redirect page.

Then I tried to do an other proof of payment, but once payment is made successfully if I try to return to the site of the seller here is that again white page.

You're right, I don't know why, but with this account (test), now the redirect works correctly.

The problem is that the payment is made successfully, now redirects successfully, but the seller receives continuous mail of the error and the buyer continue mail his summary of the order.

Disable Check Ipn provider IP, the problem is that certainly the server IP check do not work for you.
The setting exist because in some case this fail(because paypal use multiple IPs). This is an extra security check, but should be safe without IP check.

I've disabled that option as you told me but continue to get the seller's e-mail error as before...

Please contact the paypal team, they have certainly the answer, perhaps this have nothing to do with virtuemart, i had already similar problem and they found a solution.

Ok thanks I will try send email to paypal.

Doing the tests on the same official website (loaded on a paid server), in this moment:

- The payment is redirected correctly (to both the gone and to the return)
- Payment is made successfully
- Now the seller is not receiving any mail error

The problem is that the seller both the buyer receive infinite email summary of the order.
