notify me emails not working

Hello,

I have an issue with the "NOTIFY ME" button since when someone clicks on it, although he receives a confirmation from the site that he will be notified, there is no email sent neither to me nor to the shopper regarding his request. Please let me know how to fix.

No joomla version, no vm version ...

The is probably nothing broken, notify code only puts the customer on a waiting list. When You update the Product stock You can at that time notify the customer.

Hello

Do you receive the order emails? Is it  problem only with the notify me email?

There is no notification sent to the shopowner and there is no notification sent until You update the stock.

If there is no email set when you send notification emails from Product edit, You have to check Your Joomla email settings first as Valerie sais.
