Hello there,
I have this issue: A product with custom fileds for price option and discounted price, example: https://www.baseini.net/наSPAMуваем-басейн-3d-с-очила
When I choice from drop down menu option for higher price, the system change the base price but not discounted one which should appear higher.
Is it some VM settings about that or any idea how I can solve this?
Thanks in advance for advices!

I see... I just copied in my system info, now I see that I have two rows:
Joomla! version
Joomla! 3.8.5 Stable [ Amani ] 6-February-2018 15:00 GMT
Version of Joomla!
Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable [ Curiosity ] 24-Apr-2013 00:00 GMT

Have you some idea what should mean that or how I can solve it?

Price override value will be the final price of the product even if custom selections should result in a higher or lower price. It is really designed for quick product price reductions eg for Black Friday.

That's why it is called "Override"!  You should use calculation rules for price discounts where customs are present.
