Confirm purchase bottom redirect to the same page

hi,

When I am clicking on confirm purchase button on cart page it is redircting to the same page (cart page).

It should redirect to payment page (payment gateway page).

I am using VirtueMart 3.2.12 and Joomla! 3.8.6

Please  provide the details for test account to  have a look at the issue

Try disabling one page checkout plugin. It is outdated and could be incompatible with your version of VM.
