Additional products photo not show

Joomla version: 3.8.6
VM Version: 3.2.12
PHP: 5.6
MySQL: 5.7.21

Use only as catalogue: Enable

Category view setting:
Category Template: Use joomla default
Category Layout: default
Sublayouts for products in category: No override
Product layout: default

problem:
Upload 2 products photos, but no additional product photo display.

Probably a template or js issue but it is impossible to know without a live site URL.......
