Hi,

First of all, I am using VirtueMart 3.0.9.4 with Joomla 3.6.5

I have a question and I wish for a solution really. If we find a solution it's going to save the way that my company's Sales Department work.

In my company, when a new order arrives, we print the order so we have them all archived in dossiers. My problem is the "printer button" that is located in "Orders area" of VirtueMart.

If I immediately hit print button for an order, frame pop up with my order details comes up (See here please: https://pasteboard.co/HaXxAnk.jpg) and then, of course, I hit "Ok" to print the order with my selected printer (see here please: https://pasteboard.co/HaXxZYW.jpg)

The order is printed, but it's too small, I need somehow to make it cover the whole A4 paper. This is my problem and I need your help.

See here please the way that my order is printed: https://pasteboard.co/HaXBWO7.jpg  (I know that details are not shown clearly, but please print an order on yourself with the same way that I mentioned above, and you will see the same structure that I describe)

So, as I mentioned above I need my order to cover dynamically the whole A4 paper (if too big more papers, of course, are going to need). And I need to hide the product page URL that is visible on printed paper, just below Product Name.

I hope that too many brains in here gathered will find the solution that I am searching.

When I print an order exactly as you descibe (although a different printer) it fills a whole A4 sheet. Not like your example at all.  Maybe some setting in your printer?

I am using the current Joomla/VM versions,  J3.8.5 and VM3.2.13  ( http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0 )

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

Maybe it's my printer's wrong settings the problem with "small text size". I will see it again, but I have tried that many times. Although even if size is fine for you, you will see for sure the link below product name that appears. How can I "break it"?

I do not want it to appear, it has no value for paper, as you understand.

If you don't want to see an icon you can hide it with css. eg in my case  .print_32 {display:none;} removes the print icon.
