Status Order Update Issue

Hello i have an E-Commerce with versione 3.2.4 and i have an issue in order to update the status of a confirmed order
Once i update to another custom status invoice will be the same..
Why i can't see my custom status with relative comment?

Open your order, and try to update statut from order details.
But updating VM can help to fix this problem.
