Non English language... how to make translation

Hello,

I have done payment module. But I need install non English language also. I have installed admin and site languages I need... all working fine. I have translated en-GB file of my module to my language renamed it also. But I can't get it to work. I changing to my language admin part and site  all changing to desired language except my payment module... this only in English... encoding UTF-8
What I missing?

I have done payment module.

Did you create a payment module or payment plugin?
You will need to install the Joomla translation for the non-english language (required for the Joomla language switcher) and the VM translation for that language, too. And select both languages in the VM language configuration.

Thank you for the answer I have created payment plugin. All was done correctly only one mistake in my language file. The quotes was writed twice in the same string so that's all. now all working fine.
