How to remove select fields in the cart checkout page

Dear experts,

I am quite new to Joomla, which I am using to creating an online exam website. Could you guide me on the steps to remove these items on the cart checkout page:

1) Notes and special request

2) Terms of Service checkbox and the web link next to it

3) If possible, remove both shipping address and shipment selection, which are not relevant for online exam
