Problem assigning product to category

There is a problem (I'm not able to capture at what point) to assign a product to the category. The categories that the product has already been assigned to, are still visible in the produc's card, when one of them is deleted, then after saving I see still the same (but on the front product stops appearing in removed category)

When attempting to assign a product to a new category, once saved, it does not appear in the product's card, but the product appears in this category on the front.

The problem is only with the editing of product categories, price or manufacturer can be changed without problem.

I use:
joomla 3.8.1
VM 3.2.1 (try update 3.2.4- the same problem)

Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

Does the problem remain after some days ?
It can be because session, so try to disconnect/reconnect you in Joomla and check.
And clean the Joomla cache can help too.

I clean casche.. i try on another computer. Still the same..

It not help to change computer.
You have a /cache folder in Joomla, the categories are cached here.
Si you need to clean the Joomla cache
