Cache not enabled, but...

Since I bought this template, I do not use the cache in joomla, however, whenever I add a product in virtuemart, I have to clear the cache because I do not see the new products in the store.
The same thing happens to me with the categories.

Virtuemart 3.2.4. Joomla 3.8.1
Ayudo en todo lo que puedo, con tutoriales, traducciones, y alguna que otra extension, como modulos y plugins.

Are we supposed to guess which template? A template in not likely to affect caching - unless you used a badly configured "quick start" package.
