PayPal error

Hi, My Paypa orders stays "pending" eventhough I receive the payment. The comfirmation mail doesnt come, only error mail that logs are in paypal.5.log.php.
In paypal.5.log.php is the following line:

172.68.143.193 is a cloudflare address .. not paypal so the ip is rejected
