Failed to view related products

Hello.
Sorry for my English.
I installed Virtuemart 3.2.4 for the store I'm setting up for the company I work for, and for several products I'm doing a job with the related products.
It all seems to work at the time of insertion, but when I go to browse the page of the product in question, the related articles are not visible.
Any solution?

If you are using a non-default template test using Protostar.  Some commercial templates do not show related products.

I tried it as recommended with Protostarma are not visible.
Only "Related Products" appears, but the images do not appear as with the previous template

hi, im using commercial template - and i have this problem = It can t show related product : is there any possibility to change it, or it is "price" for using comercial template?
