PayPal Redirect alway to english Paypal Site...

Hi there,

by using the PayPal Plugin (Option "Starter") the customer is always redirected to the english Paypal site.

Means:
https://www.paypal.com/de/cgi-bin/webscr

Isn't it possible to redirect the user to the right paypal-site in his language... Depending on the chosen country in the shopping cart?

So if the user comes from germany the right URL would be:

https://www.paypal.com/de/cgi-bin/webscr
