linelabox.com still active??

Is linelabox.com  (Virtuemart template generator)  still active?  I did use them over a year ago.  When I look at support looks like there is no reply to many of the posting.

I tried to purchase an extension and found error on the Check Out

Anybody have the same issue with them?
