Hi,
We are getting an issue when we try to add any product "Add To Cart" in any category, then we are getting the following error.

1054 - Unknown column 'Array' in 'where clause'

I'm using Joomla 3.7.2 and VirtueMart 3.2.3, we don't have any issues when we migrated to the versions. Very recently i think on Friday onwards it was started to giving this error. I tried alot by looking into many forums and posts, but no solution.

Could you please help me to fix this issue..?

If i install fresh Joomla and VM, how can i export/import all the products we uploaded into the current website ?

Please visit my website at http://www.trinusmart.com and click on any menu or category then try to add any product to cart then you get that error. Really we appreciate your help and thanks alot in advance.

Kindly help me to fix this issue.
Thanks

jjk

I suppose that is the best solution for all the problems with your shop. I would suggest to install a copy of your current website on your local PC using xampp:
https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
and then do a fresh installation of Joomla and VirtueMart in new subfolder within xampp's htdocs folder. Afterwards you can try to export/import the VirtueMart tables into the fresh system with phpmyadmin, which is available in your hoster's site administration as well as in xampp. Once you get everything working, you could transfer your local website to the live server.

I dont think that this is necessary. Please update to the last vm3.2.3.

When I go on your page, I get a lot js errors

/index.php/en/components/com_virtuemart/assets/js/jquery.noconflict.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
buttons.js Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hi Milbo,
Thank you for your reply. As explained you Yesterday, we are able to fix that issue by disabling few VM modules like Filter and Cloud Tags. After disabled these two modules we are not getting error. But the issue is, Add to Cart is not working properly, when clicked on Add to CArt then it is displaying Cart Empty on shopping cart page.

Could you please check again and suggest something to fix this issue. ?

Thank you

I cant see that you explained that yesterday and my check is from today, so....

As always, when there is a problem, follow the standard procedure http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=78322.0

Just a note - the reason for my reply above was, that the supplier of the Reviver template in the past supplied his templates with way too many unnecessary extensions which produced lots of conflicts including many heavily hacked VM files, which made it virtually impossible to update a shop with original VM files.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. We are able to fix this issue by replacing two js files which are vmprice.js and vmprice2.js  We have replaced these files with backup files.

Thanks & Regards
