[SOLVED] EMAIL NOT SENT TO SHOPER ON ORDER END

J3.7.5, VM 3.2.2 php 7.0

Hi.
After finishing order only vendor gets email "pending" shoper dont get any email.
I att screen of my setings in VM.
I can't sellect send email on pending order to shoper.
When order is made client dont get any email.
Only vendor get email: order pending.

How to set it up so client get email "thankt you for order"?

This search results did not gave my answer - sry.

I use only 2 standard payments - bank wire + Personal collection

Both 0$ cost.

Clients making order and not geting any email.

Pls help me set this thing up - for you its 10 min work

I use VM from 7 years from 1.2 version and never get so big problem - now with time form and serches are spammed with other problem with those sentece.

I can give you backend admin to solve it and pay You.

Shop is under http://flowerboxatelier.pl domain

Also problem is client after "register and check up" account is not active in joomla backend - it should go "automatic activation" but it doesnt - i think problem with custom fields.

Just tell the price and do it pls - cheaper for me to pay than check forums for 5h.

PENDING

Pending is triggered, when a shopper, guest or registered, puts a product or products into the cart and chooses a payment, but doesn't finalise the order by clicking on the "Confirm Order" button.

For that reason, the emails are NOT send for Pending. You can only enable it for shopowners, because some want to know, when people abandoned the cart.

The others posts had before the the titles "PLease help me to disable pending orders".

So to summarize, there wont be emails for the pending order status. You must change your payment so, that it uses the order status "confirmed by shopper" respectivly "confirmed", then shoppers should get an email.
