Disabling BILL TO section

Is there a way via CONFIG, or other wise in CODE - To DISABLE the "BILL TO" section?

You can do that via configuration tab->shopper fields in virtuemart admin section.

Tnx - But  where is that?
In the "Shopper fields" i only have:
Required   Published   Show in cart form   Show in shipment form   Show in account maintenance   
options to publish\unpbklish and not "bill to".

What am i missing.

OK, but must be missing something here - There is no BT cloumn ... So which do i disable?
