How to clean guest buyer form?

Hello,
During the purchase process, where are the data of the billing address stored?
If you buy as a guest buyer and cancel your purchase, this data is maintained and if you have selected a country or state in the form and there are different prices depending on it, it may be different, because it still checks the data of the Form and these data can not be deleted.
Pressing the Cancel button should delete the data entered as a guest buyer.
