pb with Istraxx EU VAT CHECKER

hello everybody,
I'm using the plugin istraxx_euvatchecker with geolocator but when I try to test my own EU VAT ID, I receive an error : No result received from the EU VAT id service but I'm sure about my EU VAT ID  , I've tried with other known ID and I receive the same answer
does anybody have an explanation ?
